Age Limit (as on 01-01-2021)

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
• Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/OBC/ PH/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules.

Application Fee

• For GEN: Rs.1000/-
• For SC/BC/ EWS candidates: Rs. 250/-
• For Ex-Servicemen & Dependent: Rs. 200/-

Qualification

• Candidates Should be Passes 10+2 or equivalent examination of any recognized education board with Punjabi matriculation.

Physical Measurements

For Warder Posts:

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Physical Standards Minimum Height:

• 5 Feet 7 Inches
• 5 Feet 4-1/2 Inches in the case of Dogras & Gurkhas.
• Chest: 33 Unexpanded 31-1/2 Expanded
• Vision: Normal in both eyes 

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

• For Male Candidates:
• 100 Meters Run: 15 Seconds (Only one Chance)
• Shot Put (7.26 Kg) (16 Pound): 5.50 Meters (Three Chance)
• Rope Climbing: 15 Feet (Three Chance)

For Matron Posts:

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Physical Standards Minimum Height:

• 5 Feet 3 Inches
• Weight: 50 Kg & Above
• Vision: Normal in both eyes 

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

• For Females Candidates:
• 100 Meters Run: 18.5 Seconds (Only one Chance)
• Shot Put (5.443 Kg) (12 Pound): 4.00 Meters (Three Chance)
• Rope Climbing: 12 Feet (Three Chance)
